Now that we have a competition schedule we have updated the manual with a more accurate guess on our competition fees. Based on the given competition schedule we do an estimate of what we think the season will cost. Then at the end of the season we determine what the true costs were and either give a refund or issue an invoice (In 10 years we have never had to issue an invoice).

We have been charging $200 per month for these fees. We will prorate the final month based on what has already been paid.
