Friday
Drive on your own to Hyatt in Jacksonville. Advanced ticket sales are strongly recommended. You can purchase tickets between 6pm-8pm in the Hyatt Hotel, 2nd Floor Mezzanine OR between 8:30pm-9:30pm in the Omni Hotel Lobby.

Ticket prices are as follows…
Adult one day – $15.00
Senior Citizens (55+) – $10.00
Students (5-18 yrs) – $10.00
Adult Two day passes – $25.00
Senior & Student two day passes – $20.00
**Children 4 yrs and younger are free!

Saturday
Youth Warm-up begins at 10:24 am
Youth Compete – 11:06 am
Senior Warm-up begins at 2:33 pm
Seniors Compete – 3:15 pm

Doors open at 8:30am. If you did not buy your tickets on Friday night you will want to get there early to purchase tickets Saturday morning. All participants MUST be in uniform to enter!

Youth will meet at 9:30am at the Bay Street/Prefunction North entrance. This is a side entrance that will help alleviate congestion at the main entrance. Youth need to be in full uniform (hair- pony tail, and make-up done) upon meeting.

ALL Seniors must be in FULL UNIFORM, up front in the spectator viewing area to watch the youth compete!!

Seniors will meet at 1:30pm at the Bay Street/Prefunction North entrance (side entrance). Seniors must be in full uniform (hair- pony tail, and make-up done) upon meeting.

There will be a pizza party for the girls at the pool on Saturday night. Time TBA.

We will have a quick team meeting (girls only!) after the pool/pizza party on Saturday evening.

Sunday

Hair and Make-up
Please have hair in a pony-tail on the crown of each girls head with their bow in. Make-up needs to be done as well. Remember, to apply grays and blues to the eyes. No glitter! If you have any trouble doing your child’s make-up, the coaches will have a team make-up kit. When team members meet up with the coaches, they will be taking them to warm-ups. Please make sure they have nothing to carry but themselves.

What to pack to compete?
• Uniform top and skirt
• Black bloomers
• White ankle socks
• Cheer shoes
• Hair supplies and Polka-dot bow
• Make-up
• Warm-up jacket.
• A positive attitude and smile!

Side Note
Please remember we are here to compete. Make sure your children get as much rest as possible and eat healthy. You can help keep their energy up by maintaining a positive attitude and encouraging them along the way. They are going to be great!

When you drop your child off for warm-ups, I will need your hotel room number in case I need to get a hold of you throughout the weekend. The coaches will also make sure to let you know which hotel room we are in so you can get in touch with us should you need to

Remember, stay flexible and keep a positive attitude and everything will run smoothly. Most importantly, have fun! :)

Hotel Nooking Directions for Final Destination- Yth & Srs

Please read over the following information very carefully.  Note the deadlines for booking these hotels.  You can stay wherever you would like, these blocks are an option for you.  The coaches will be staying at the Atlantic Sands.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

The drop date for these blocks is WEDNESDAY, MARCH 5th!

How To Block The Room
 Parents wishing to book rooms are required to use the on-line reservation form* (link below) to book their room(s) using a Visa or MasterCard for the full amount due by March 5, 2008. 

*Please do not call to make your reservations, unless you do not have internet capability, Thanks! 

Refer to the Team Spirit group & be sure and include the names of the room occupants, indicating an “A” for “Adult” for the adults in the room.

Atlantic Sands 
Atlantic Sands Hotel40 rooms – all with two double beds

$86.00 per room/per night (Tax Included).  A 20% non-refundable deposit is due with the reservation request form to hold the rom.  The balance will be charged to the same card submitted for deposit on March 14.  No cancellations accepted after March 14.

Comfort Inn & Suites Oceanfront 
 Comfort Inn & Suites Oceanfront - 15 rooms – all rooms have 1 Queen bed & a Queen pull-out sofa. I am holding 15 rooms.   Due to my contract deadline with this hotel, the FULL* balance is due to secure a reservation.  In addition, no cancellations will be accepted after the reservation is made.  See below for pricing information.
